Day-by-Day Ride Through Ladakh’s Iconic Landscapes
The journey begins as you arrive at Leh Airport. Upon arrival, our team will receive you and transfer you to your hotel.
Due to the sudden gain in altitude, it is very important to rest and allow your body to acclimatize. We strongly recommend avoiding any physical exertion on this day.
In the evening, you may take a short walk around Leh local market if you feel comfortable. This helps your body adjust gradually.
Dinner will be served at the hotel followed by overnight stay in Leh.
After breakfast, we start our ride towards Nubra Valley, one of the most beautiful regions of Ladakh.
The journey takes us through Khardung La Pass, one of the highest motorable roads in the world. We will take a short halt here to enjoy the views and capture photographs.
While descending, we visit Diskit Monastery, famous for its giant Maitreya Buddha statue.
Further ahead, we explore Hunder Sand Dunes, where you can witness the rare double-humped Bactrian camels.
By evening, we reach Nubra Valley. Dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast, we ride towards Turtuk, one of the last villages near the Indo-Pak border.
The route runs alongside the Shyok River, offering stunning landscapes throughout the journey.
Turtuk is known for its unique Balti culture, traditional lifestyle, and scenic beauty. We also visit Thang village, a viewpoint near the border.
After spending time exploring the region, we ride back to Nubra for dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast, we begin our ride towards Pangong Lake via the scenic Shyok route.
This route offers a mix of smooth roads and rugged terrain, making it an exciting riding experience.
We pass through Durbuk before reaching Pangong Lake, famous for its crystal-clear waters and changing shades of blue.
