Section 01

Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, contacting Secure Travels, or proceeding with any booking, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should avoid using the website or booking any service through us.

These terms apply to website visitors, travellers, enquirers, customers, and any person using our digital or communication channels in connection with our services.

Services and information provided

Secure Travels may provide information, quotations, booking assistance, transport services, tour packages, destination support, and other travel-related services. All itineraries, package details, timings, inclusions, exclusions, and pricing are subject to availability, operational conditions, and practical limitations.

We try to keep the information on our website accurate and updated, but some details may change due to season, weather, partner availability, route conditions, pricing revision, policy changes, or operational necessity.

Website content, trip information, route plans, and service descriptions should be treated as informative unless specifically confirmed during the booking process.

Section 03

Booking and confirmation policy

A booking is considered confirmed only when the required advance payment has been received and an explicit confirmation has been issued by Secure Travels through an approved communication channel such as WhatsApp, email, invoice, or direct written message.

Mere enquiry submission, availability discussion, verbal discussion, or tentative hold does not amount to final confirmation. Seats, hotel rooms, vehicles, or other travel services remain subject to confirmation until the payment and internal approval process is completed.

Bookings are confirmed only after required payment and written confirmation.
Tentative discussions or provisional availability do not guarantee a final reservation.
Customers are responsible for checking names, dates, destinations, and other booking details after confirmation.
Section 04

Payment terms

Payment schedules may vary depending on the type of travel service, destination, travel date, ticketing timeline, accommodation requirement, or third-party vendor rules. Customers must pay the advance or full amount within the communicated timeline in order to keep a booking active.

Delayed or incomplete payment may result in lapse of booking, release of inventory, fare revision, hotel rate change, or cancellation of held arrangements without separate liability on our side.

Advance payment

An initial amount may be required to reserve services, block dates, or begin booking coordination.

Balance payment

The remaining amount must be cleared within the time communicated before departure, check-in, or final service execution.

Section 05

Cancellation, refunds, and changes

Cancellation and refund treatment depends on the nature of the booking, travel date proximity, third-party supplier policies, pre-paid expenses, transport reservation rules, and whether payments have already been committed on the customer’s behalf.

Changes to travel date, traveller count, pickup point, route, hotel type, or package structure may result in revised pricing, limited availability, or partial loss of prior payments depending on the service involved.

Modification requests are subject to operational feasibility and may involve extra charges.
Some advance payments may be non-refundable once vendor-side commitments have been made.
Last-minute cancellations may attract higher retention or full cancellation charges.

Any refund, where applicable, will normally be processed after adjusting actual cancellation charges, committed vendor expenses, taxes, banking deductions, and other unavoidable recovery components.

Traveller responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for providing correct personal details, checking travel dates, carrying valid identity proof where required, arriving on time for pickups or departures, following local laws, maintaining appropriate behaviour, and complying with instructions issued for safety or smooth operation.

Customers are also responsible for informing us in advance about any special assistance requirement, medical condition, accessibility issue, or other factor that may materially affect the journey or service delivery.

Provide accurate name, phone, email, and travel-related details.
Carry required ID documents, permits, or proof where applicable.
Report on time for boarding, transfer, pickup, hotel check-in, or other scheduled activities.
Disclose important medical or physical conditions that may affect travel execution.
Section 07

Limitation of liability

Secure Travels acts as a travel service provider and, in some cases, a coordinator between the traveller and third-party vendors such as hotels, transport providers, local operators, or activity partners. While we aim to ensure smooth service, we cannot be held responsible for every circumstance outside our direct control.

This includes, but is not limited to, weather disruption, road blockage, natural events, traffic delays, government restrictions, strikes, force majeure events, hotel overbooking, vendor-side delay, operational breakdown, sudden fare revisions, or personal loss caused by traveller negligence.

We are not liable for indirect loss, missed personal plans, emotional distress, incidental expenses, or disruption caused by external events that could not reasonably be prevented or controlled.

Website usage rules

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, copy restricted content for unlawful use, submit false information, interfere with forms or technical functionality, or use the website in a way that harms the brand, systems, staff, customers, or third-party partners.

We reserve the right to restrict access, reject suspicious submissions, or take protective action if any activity appears fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or technically harmful.
