About Kedarnath & Badrinath Trek

Kedarnath, situated in the Chamoli district of Devbhoomi Uttarakhand, holds profound significance in Hindu religion and spirituality. Standing tall at an altitude of 3583 meters, the temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, revered as one of the 12 Jyotirlingas. It is the highest among all 12 and serves as the first destination of the Panch Kedar pilgrimage site. Each year, thousands of visitors from around the world flock to this wonder nestled in the lap of nature. However, reaching the temple requires an 18-kilometer trek from Gaurikund, which can be steep and challenging. It’s advisable for trekkers to undergo regular medical check-ups, particularly those with breathing issues, as the high altitude may pose discomfort. Nonetheless, for trekking enthusiasts, this journey adds an exhilarating touch after witnessing the magnificence of the Kedarnath temple.

Continuing on the Kedarnath and Badrinath Trip Package, we encounter another sacred destination, the Badrinath temple. Situated at an altitude of 3300 meters in the same Chamoli district, this temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu holds immense significance. Legend has it that Lord Vishnu meditated under a Badri tree, hence the name Badrinath. Both Kedarnath and Badrinath temples are deeply rooted in Hindu scriptures and religious texts. Unlike Kedarnath, Badrinath temple is easily accessible by road, ensuring a hassle-free journey for our guests.

Throughout the trip, interacting with locals provides invaluable insights into why these destinations hold such profound relevance in Hindu mythology and religion. During winter, both temples remain closed due to heavy snowfall, ensuring the safety of pilgrims. One of the highlights of this tour package is the opportunity to capture breathtaking forest ranges, majestic peak views, and serene dawn and evening moments, creating lasting memories. We consider ourselves fortunate to facilitate the journey for seekers and adventure enthusiasts, ensuring a comfortable and safe travel experience amidst the embrace of nature.
