Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Secure Travels, we work hard to ensure a smooth and memorable travel experience. Once a booking is confirmed, we immediately reserve your hotel, transport, and meals. These bookings involve advance payments that are non-refundable for us. Therefore, we follow a strict cancellation policy.


❌ Important Cancellation Rule

⚠️ If you cancel your trip at any time after booking, you must still pay 50% of the total trip cost.

Why? Because we already invest in advance bookings (hotel, food, vehicle, etc.) on your behalf.


✅ Refund Conditions Based on Timeframe

If you have made full payment and then cancel the trip, the refund amount will depend on when you cancel:

  1. 30+ days before the trip: 100% refund

  2. 25–29 days before the trip: 90% refund

  3. 20–24 days before the trip: 80% refund

  4. 15–19 days before the trip: 50% refund

  5. Less than 7 days: No refund


💳 Refund Process

  • Refunds (if eligible) are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method only.

  • Delays caused by banks or payment gateways are not under our control.

Please make your booking only if you are fully committed to traveling. We do not entertain last-minute cancellations or refund requests beyond what’s listed in this policy.
